Well, since you have the mpeg file, it's now a matter of converting to
vob.  There's got to be someone here who's done that.

Out of curiosity, which TiVo series do you have, and what did you use
to hack it?  When I hacked my tivo I ended up with choppy video, which
I wager was signs of a bad harddrive.  I put in my original drive and
the choppyness went away.  I certainly did not find it an easy process
as data was spread all across a ton of forum threads.

I'll try again when I can get a bigger HD to run it on.
