[TriLUG] need url monitoring + pretty graphs

How about a static web page with a "canned" chart stored
as a static JPG?  Your PHB can look at the page and feel
good about the hard work you're doing.  Then he can go
back to using his etch-a-sketch (aka, "laptop").
