[TriLUG] Fedora Core 3 Printing

There are some issues with cups, I had a failure to print via cups to an
external LPR based printserver. It also killed the webinterface to the
print server. This was on FC2 with the 2.6.10 series kernels. One
solution was to totaly disable IPTables (not just /etc/init.d/iptables
stop, but to go in and disable security via the gui and do a reboot)
then things would work normally. Here is the bug that I found:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=140761

I'm not sure if it is related. I haven't gotten around to see if I had
the same problem with the 2.6.9 kernel as the original poster of the bug
did.
