I can too, I just disagree with their marketing method.  They have a
good idea though, a business without PITA customers would be much easier
to run and most likely much more profitable.  I just think they could
explain it with a bit more tact.  Of course, I'm sure many of their
technically savvy customers would agree wholeheartedly with the message
(to many, IT is synonymous with "bad attitudes"), but many others might not.
