I liked the part where they mention lowering TCO.

This coming from the folks that charge you for the server software. 
Then charge you for a non-transferrable license for each computer you 
want to connect to it at all.  Then charge you for a non-transferrable 
license for each computer you want to connect to it to use Terminal 
Services...

And yes, I realize this is a common pricing model.  Somewhere along the 
line, someone realized they could sucker people into paying for a 
product, and then paying more to actually use it (in intangibles...we're 
not talking about the razor/blade model here; nothing is being consumed).
