You may already know this but just putting a barcode on your mail does
not qualify you for any discounts on postage.  Barcodes have to be
accompained by sorting your mail per postal standards, cleansing of
addresses via a USPS certified method, traying your mail in sequence
and providing certified documentation to the mail acceptance facility.
I'm not familiar with LaTeX that Andrew mentioned but you will also
need to make sure that your postal barcode has frame bars at the
beginning and end of the barcode, and that you are correctly
calculating the check-digit for your zip code.  Also, if you are not
using a postal presorting program, how are you geting the correct DPBC
for your address?
