[TriLUG] mythtv hdtv cards / brodcast flag

I'm about to order one of the pcHDTV cards.  We have until June 30 at 
midnight.  There are two cards supported by MythTV.  The other one, the 
Air2PC card seems to be out of stock everywhere.  The pcHDTV card 
doesn't appear to have this issue, but hopefully they can withstand all 
the last 2 months of orders.
