[TriLUG] GUI for OpenSSH and sftp?

Nautilus which gnome uses supports ssh connections as well.  Go to file, server connect and choose ssh as a pulldown.  Enter server, port, username, password and connect.  Gives a gui window.  On Ubuntu a shortcut is even automatically created on the desktop.

...and in addition to what the others mentioned, there's scp, which is the ssh equivalent for rcp...

scp file1, file2, fileN user at host:/path/to/destination
