I don't recall the specifics, but there's some option in terminal.app
to save whatever was being run on exit, and once it happens it can get
a little confused.

Edit ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Terminal.plist and look for
references to tunnel.command, or remove it if you don't have anything
important terminal settings-wise.  :)
