GAIM won't transfer files with Yahoo IM either. I've never gotten it to
work right. Breaks my heart, since the promise of GAIM is exactly that
of open source: it works with all standards and should let you talk to
any IM system. 

Next meeting I'll be the guy in the back with the crying towel...
