[TriLUG] Move mailman lists

Thanks for the info Jon! The FQDN is going to be the same. I actually 
was able to get it working by copying the data, archive and lists 
folder. After running the fix perms script, making changes in the config 
file, resetting the master password and rebuilding the archives it's 
working. The old server did not have any mods installed so I got lucky 
there and will install the integration stuff later. I needed to get this 
up and running ASAP as the raid card in the old server is on its last legs.
