[TriLUG] Digital Video Recorders: advice

An update: the thing only records in a proprietary format (.dvr), which
can be converted to .wav only using their windows-only software. Back to
the vendor....

Now I"m looking at the Olympus WS-100, which records .wma format, which I
think mplayer will read for me. Any comments?
