[TriLUG] I Broke Apache

Right, I posted the error_log and it seems to be saying that I need to 
modify the user directive, but I can't figure out what that means or 
what the problem is.  Also, I tried to post the output of strace, but 
it's awaiting moderator approval because it's huge :)
