Check to see if your server has just *sent* them mail right before this
warning occurs.... Some servers hold your mail in a queue (or even hold
the connection open) while they check to see if your mail came from a
legitimate email server.

To do this, they open a connection with your mail server then drop the
connection. This causes similar "errors" but is really just the
receiving server checking (in a rude way) that you are legit.
