It seem rimuhosting.com uses Xen based virtual machines, and someone
else mentioned linode.com.  I am pretty sure linode.com uses
user-mode-linux for their virtual machines.  You might want to look into
one of the companies that is using Virtuozzo.

I have been using tektonic.net for over a year now and I have been quite
happy so far.  The prices seem a fair bit lower than linode.  There are
plenty of other companies offering virtual machines using Virtuozzo.  I
have seen some a bit cheaper than Tektonic, and I have seen some
significantly more expensive.

I have an older metered plan with a limit of 30 GB per month.  The newer
plans don't have a cap but the throughput is limited.  I am not sure if
that is a good deal for your purposes or not.
