Actually I know what sort of system you are referring to. Undisclosed
government agencies among others use them to literally turn disks into dust.
Leaving behind a metalic powder not for internal use.

This company appears to do it not sure if it's
localhttp://www.semdirect.com/contentmgr/showdetails.php/id/474 but if
you're truly worried about data integrity purchasing a unit that does the
aforementioned would be more likely.
