[TriLUG] TiVo and Linux

i also have a couple of tivos, tried setting up tivo2go in a windows VM. 
  it plays audio but the video is blank, presumably it's trying to write 
directly to hardware so it won't work under vmware.  since the .tivo 
file is tied to your media access key (read: DRM) i'd be surprised if it 
works easily under linux.  but if you manage to get it working please 
let me know :)
