[TriLUG] What distro do you use AT WORK on your SERVERS.

About a year ago I was using Mandrake for everything. Firewall, server,
workstations, etc... I thought that Mandrake was the best all around
distro. When I moved to Raleigh, Jason Tower installed an Ubuntu server for
me and it has worked perfectly. Not one hiccup. I switched my laptop and a
home machine to Ubuntu with the same results. I am now in the process of
switching all my other stuff to Ubuntu also. I will still have to keep
several Microsoft boxes but everything is running so well on Ubuntu that I
am planning on switching everything possible over to it.

Since I haven't been running it that long I can't compete with the folks
that wrote in for the uptime contest the other day. But, I'll make you a bet
that if you check back with me later this year I'll be up there with the
best of them.

Thanks,
Mark.
