Silly question, but why not run the main xcode installer and let it tell
you what all the packages are?  I think you're power-user'ing yourself
into making it harder on yourself.  :)

you'll need at least BSDSDK, DevSDK, DeveloperTools, and gcc4.0, and
probably want BluetoothSDK, CoreAudioSDK, OpenGLSDK, and QuickTimeSDK.
But other than the documentation/examples, the 10.*.*, and the
WebObjects stuff, it won't significantly use disk space to just plain
install the rest...
