I would suggest the Mary E. Wilson Foundation -
http://www.mewfoundation.org.  They are a 501c3 not-for-profit and will
arrange to have them picked up at your convenience.  The computers are
refurbed, usually by the teenagers they train (for free) and donated to
either the students upon completion of the training or other similar
programs.  (ie: basic computer skills training for underpriviledged
adults)
