Basically, the first part of the thread asked how to configure 
rsyncd.conf so it will back up /home/jtower/pr0n and /var/log without 
pulling in all of /home and /var.

One interesting difference between the two methods:
 - using rsync/rsyncd, the list of files to back up is on the client.
 - using rsync/ssh, the list of files to back up is on the server.
