it is all a matter of money.  talkswitch starts in $600 neck of the 
woods with all the standard telephony features.  pc + digium cards cost 
more plus take time.  if you wanna do it because you love it, that's 
different.  then, i'll go half and half with you on a system and deploy 
it at our open source lab :-)
