[TriLUG] MySQL & Perl

I'm having quite a few failures from CPAN lately, and Matt Frye noticed 
some odd behavior out of CPAN for Image::Magick.

In my particular case, a number of modules that I want to install don't 
seem to have all of the dependencies right.  I wonder if CPAN is having 
issues?
