[TriLUG] Time warner wierdness

I didn't dig it last night when it happened, it was bed time anyway,
and I'm at work today. $wife said it was still happening this morning
and if it is still happening tonight I plan to investigate further (if
my 7 month old will give ole dad a break and go to sleep early).

I do use DHCP to get DNS info from TW as that is what I pay them to
provide me. I could set up a caching name server, but as that is what I
do all day @work, I'm a bit lazy @ home and willing to tolerate some
stumbles in service. The situation last night was shutting down all web
access for me and my wife (and when the momma ain't happy, ain't NOBODY
happy) ;-) So I thought I'd ask.

Like I said I'm going to take a closer look tonight.
