Opportunities within our NetApp Global Support Orgaization working with
Senior System and Unix Administrators, troubleshooting issues, and
taking thier knowledge and abilitiy, combined with yours to relsove the
issue. This position requires an administrator backround as you will be
working with that level and above troubleshooting issues. SAN
administration from an enterprise environment is extremely helpful to
work with this world class organization - this is NOT your typical
Support position in that all of our support engineers come from
Systems/Unix/Storage Administration. If you are an administrator in this
capacity and looking for something different or a way to use all of the
knowledge you have gained over the years...we would love to speak with

Technical Support Engineers - Multiple Opportunities Available -

Escalation Engineers - Highly experienced candidates can be moved up
into an Escalation Engineer role after technical screening

Each of these roles requires a Systems Administration background with a
minimum of 3+ years experience. AIX, UNIX, Solaris, and Windows platform
administration preferred from an enterprise level environment where you
have been responsible for SAN and/or NAS administration.
