As far as I can see, it's not installed as a module...

[slitt at mydesk etc]$ grep -i selinux /etc/modprobe.conf
[slitt at mydesk etc]$ grep -i selinux /etc/modprobe.d/*
[slitt at mydesk etc]$ /sbin/lsmod | grep -i selinux
[slitt at mydesk etc]$

Is there any other way to tell?
