I'll second the call for Zimbra: we're looking at using at work for some 
internal projects, and its groupware capabilities are very close to 
Exchange, particularly if all you need is simple shared calendaring and 
email[0]. It's still got a few rough edges, but the web interface is 
great, there's a free version you're welcome to run if you don't need 
the commercial features they offer, and their prices for the product are 
quite reasonable. Best of all, the underpinnings are well-defined 
open-source bits like Tomcat and Postfix, rather than proprietary 
whatsits. Definitely worth a look.
