[TriLUG] Gentoo updates and dev-java/sun-jdk-1.6.0-r1

Are you sure you don't have virtual/jdk set to ~x86 in
/etc/portage/package.keywords ? According to everything I can see
virtual/jdk-1.6.0 is still in testing.
