[TriLUG] OT: PIC-X vs PCI-64

The card should work, PCI-X is generally backwards compatible, but a few
things like modems, fax cards may experience issues.  You won't get all of
the performance of PCI-X, but it should work OK.    You should check out the
slots, it may be that some of them are just 64 bit PCI as well.
