Oh, just to make it clear, to publish an article is to make it  
viewable on the website (Authors and Editors are now allowed to  
actually let the article be sean, just create the content.  The  
publisher then reviews the content and decides if it cleared to be  
published and viewable).

So in your case if you want them to all be able to add news content  
they must all be publishers.
