In my case, Fedora for my home/work desktop for the driver support of newer 
hardware, and the library support for newer apps.  CentOS on the servers, which 
don't need any fancy drivers, and need to have a long-term stability without 
requiring frequent software upgrades.

Fedora/CentOS are both Red Hat derived, so the differences are minor.  No 
confusion issues.
