I've been one of those "try every distro" guys ... it's a weakness for the
penguin I guess.
I never had any real complaints about SUSE [last one I used was 8.1] at all.
SUSE ran
all of my hardware, and the app management was pretty smooth. You didn't
"foul up"
in any way; no matter the flavor it's still linux.
