[TriLUG] opening port 6667 on Feisty

I had a hard time coming up with a good firewall using IPTables. 
Starting from ground zero as far as subject knowledge and having to get 
a server back up that wouldn't get zombied "again" I chose Firestarter. 
In fact I believe someone on this list suggested it to me.
