Sorry, it looks like the time limit thing is a limitation of the FLV
video format...

... so it's not a youtube being mean thing... it's just a practical
limitation thing. Still, a clever shell script with some clever ffmpeg
commands could chop up a long MPEG file into tiny FLV files and load
them into a flowplayer play list...
