You da man. Since you are a VOIP guru as well, what's your quick take on Polycom vs. Cisco IP phones? We're going with a Broadsoft solution that will get us out of the PBX maintenance mess and these Polycom 501 phones seem to be pretty nice. Excellent speakerphone quality. 

I'm curious to know what you are recommending for them as I am also working on optimal network topology for VOIP calls in our office. 

The Polycom link on your site is broken, btw.
