Brian,

Can you define a std test that those of us on TWC can run and then compare the 
results.

For example:

From my work connection, Commercial RR with specs of 6M Down / 1 M Up 

speedtest.net:
  111ms Ping
  6804kbps Down
  948kbps Up
  Raleigh Server

I also have a Residential RR 

speedtest.net:
  169ms Ping
  3871kbps Down
  361kbps Up
  Raleigh Server

This might not be the best test, can you recommend a better test?
