If you need  to deal with tape storage, this is the talk for you. 
The IBM lto-4 tape drives are used in IBM's and other vendors tape
libraries. This new tape drive includes support for Hardware data
encryption. 
They also have the TS1120 tape drives which can be used both for the
Mainframe and open systems.

Biography: 
     	Harlen Greene works in the IBM's System and Technology Group.
After finishing engineering school, he spent 27 years in sales and
support of storage with Storage Technology Corporation, as a Consulting
System Engineer, and most recently as a Tape Specialist with IBM.
