[TriLUG] Trilug Code of Conduct ---STOP

Golly, This is sure a hot topic. I have read the document and have a couple of suggestions.

If this is to actually be a working document remove the words 'violators, rules, enforce & warning' and emphasize 'guidelines'. As states somewhere before, this really is an unenforceable document. The best thing, in my free opinion, is to appeal to the positive side of behaviour. I think the document could be called something like "The TriLUG code of ethics" and contain the middle section beginning at "Be considerate..." and ending at "Please avoid flamewars, trolling, personal attacks, and repetitive arguments."

BTW... would this thread be considered a repetitive argument? :)

Up to .04 cents now.
