[TriLUG] Stopping Screen blanking on MythTV?

I recently stopped this from happening on my own Myth box by adding this
to /etc/X11/xorg.conf, in the Monitor section:

    Option "DPMS" "false"

I also add this to the ServerFlags section, and it may have affected it
as well:

    Option "NoPM" "true"

Either way, it doesn't ever blank off now. You'll need to watch out for
getting screen burn on a plasma if you leave it on for a long time.

BTW, what make(s) and models are your tuners? I have a PVR-500 but am
unhappy with it, and am interested in adding HD to my setup.
