[TriLUG] OT: Hosting of audio files

I was wondering if anyone can suggest somewhere for me to host some mp3
files; somewhere that provides a reasonably nice interface for uploading
the files, with space for a title and a short description to be
displayed on the front end for users. Lots of disk space nor bandwidth
are necessary. It doesn't need to be restricted, but I'm not looking for
a lot of exposure ... it should be relatively private - the small group
of people using it would be provided with a link directly to the index
page. Also, it needs to be able to provide a podcast feed. A free
service would be best since I'm doing this for my church and they have
better things to do.

An alternative would be some open source software that would do the
above for me. I have a Linux server available for hosting, I'm just
lacking time right now. My current solution is some home rolled stuff
based on a nifty tool called Podcastamatic
(http://kenwardtown.com/category/podcastamatic/), but the look of the
website has changed and so I need to redo my templates, and I'm still
doing a lot of the uploading etc. manually, which I would like to
automate and put in the hands of the person creating the mp3s, but like
I said, I'm short on time right now.

Just putting this out there in case somebody has a good suggestion.

TIA.

Owen
