If you really wanted to get crazy, and are using this in a larger
environment, you could use ISA.

We sometimes furnish machines to other locations, and we use the windows
built in tcp/ip filtering.  Does quite well for what we use it for.  We
have it locked down to even only allow certain outbound ports also, and
even in some cases to only allow certain incoming and outgoing IP
addresses.
