[TriLUG] TWCNC in Durham alternatives [WAS: time warner business class]

I'm *really* curious to hear people's suggestions for alternatives in
Durham! We've been using Verizon business-class DSL, which (thanks to
a hefty discount through $EMPLOYER) is essentially free for 3Mb/384Kb.
It's not bad (static IP, no filtering), but I'd love to get a bit more
download speed for the buck if there's another provider that would
offer something better for less than $75/month. TWC is tempting, but
the idea of bandwidth caps for torrenting is keeping me away (does
their business class have that, too?).
