[TriLUG] synergy between ubuntu and Vista

Below is my failed attempt to get this working on two up-to-date Ubuntu
systems:

Here are the instructions I believe I am following:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SynergyHowto .  I did double check my IP
address on the server.
