[TriLUG] XML editing

I like JEdit (http://jedit.org/) for tasks that don't require an IDE,
but need more than vi (did I just say that some tasks might need
something _more_ than vi...).

It with the right plugins it has some 'understanding' of XML in terms
of syntax coloring, automatic/assisted close tags, indents etc.  It's
a pretty good general purpose GUI editor.
