[TriLUG] Web Design Contracting

I have a client that I'm working with that needs web design beyond my
aesthetic abilities, that will involve some interactive maps and other
animation sugar.  Flash is OK, I don't care as long as its stable.  I
know some ajax and php/mysql, but my artistic side is a bit lacking.

If anyone here does this or can refer me to someone who they have had
success with, please let me know, here or offlist.
