[TriLUG] tcsh for bash user?

Care to recommend a howto on tcsh for experienced bash users? Why I
ask:

It has been literally a decade since I've used tcsh. Unfortunately now
I'm on a system where

* some things apparently require tcsh

* ya can't just chsh: there's a web-based switching process, and it
   appears to literally take an hour

So I need to relearn tcsh, but I don't wanna wade through new-to-*x
cruft.
