I am using BellSouth (ATT) buisiness class DSL. The advertised rate is 
3Mbps down and 384kbps up

My location is Morrisville, near the airport, just off Lake Crabtree.
I tested against www.speedtest.net selecting the nearest (Greesnboro) node.

Results:
6/24/08 11:26AM
1463kbps down
251kbps up
101 ms ping

6/24/08 11:32AM
1224kbps down
351kbps up
132ms ping

6/24/08 11:35AM
2027kbps down
363kbps up
99ms ping
