[TriLUG] VM management

All,

The infrastructure at $WORK is rapidly growing.  We're now having difficulty
keeping track of all of our VMs.  Are there any open-source projects that
specialize in managing virtual machines, assisting in rapid deployment,
etc.?  For those who are familiar, linode's web interface is along the lines
of what we would like.  They allow one to configure block devices, establish
a session via an ajax console, manage guest OS images, etc.  Ideas?
