If you go into AntennaWeb and give it a reasonable address, either your
own or an intersection near yours, it should give a reasonably accurate
report.  If it is giving those "foreign" stations, it may be thinking
that those are reachable from your house with the proper antenna.  ( A
BIG one! )  Those will be at the bottom of the list, though, so can be
ignored.
