 Yup, handheld [I had a Zaurus] running kismet. Netstumbler on Windoze works
too.
Depending on the size of the property, a rolling cart & laptop setup does
wonders
with kismet or stumbler. It's the cheap way, but it works. You might need
the cart
anyway to carry all those hotspots away.  :)
